New formulation for the roughness height (z0) based on Su et al. (2001): specific values for heat and momentum transport. It now varies with LAI. New flag ROUGH_DYN(default =FALSE) activates the new formulation.

Delete the old option which enables to compute the average z0 by averaging the log of z0.
