Added land cover change and reorganize the mass balance closure into stomate_lpg. atm_to_bm_hist and veget_max_hist are used to keep track each time these two variables are updated. At the end of the subroutine, these two matrices are multiplied to obtain all the carbon and nitrogen fluxes needed to be included in the mass balance closure.
