Description
Yiying Chen has detected a bug in the driver of ORCHIDEE, with the interpolation of the shortwave downward radiation when using daily forcing files (ie. One value per day).
This induces an overestimation of the radiation in the Northern Hemisphere and an underestimation in the Southern Hemisphere. Further you are from the equator, the greater the error is. The error also varies with time, with maximal error values in June.
Here below, are the errors on the annual mean swdown flux associated with this bug, in absolute (W m-2) and relative (not expressed as a percentage !) values:

The bug has been fixed in the trunk, revision r2422.
Change in the code only concerns a line and can be easily implement in any version of ORCHIDEE.
