Description (last modified by luyssaert)
Crop PFTs have an OK LAI but they hardly grow within the season. This suggests that right after planting/phenology the LAI is already at its maximum (= in equilibrium with the Cs). Preliminary tests showed that running with impose_cn = y resulted in a more normal LAI growth within a season. Grasslands in the same pixel seem to grow normal.

Grasslands and croplands were allowed to only use the n in the labile pool. This issue was fixed for the trees when introducing the flag use_reserve_n. The same code has now been implemented for the grasses/crops as for the trees. This setting was decided to become the default (as only using N in the labile pool makes little sense -> plants could be full of N in the reserve pool but still experience N-stress). The initial approach was removed hence the flag use_reserve_n was removed from the code as well. This has been committed in r7004.
