FLUXNET validation sites documentation
The objective is to evaluate the performance of ORCHIDEE against in-situ data by running ORCHIDEE on Eddy-covariance sites where C (NEE, GPP, TER) and Energy (LH, SH) fluxes and met data are available.
It consists in a suite of tools able to deal from input data formating to post-treatments. They are developed in Python and Shell scripts (based on the libIGCM library).
Here below is described the flowchart of the Fluxnet processing chain:
