Following information are provided to emphase modification that may may have impacts on tools using TropFlux products.

correction of :file:`ws_tropflux_1m_1989_2010.nc` and :file:`ws_tropflux_1d_1989_2010.nc` due to unappropriated unit conversion

reprocessing from 1989 to 2010
new terminology :file:`{var}_tropflux_1d_{yyyy}_{yyyy}.nc`
new location of daily files :file:`daily/`
only one field/file
add monthly time scale in :file:`monthly`
°C instead of K for temperature units
