Changeset 275 for trunk/yao/bin

Comments added in the checkOrder() functions + backOrder() called at the end of the order generation (needed by the loop checking as the hand written orders seems to be reversed) for keeping the same behaviour inside checkOrder() with a hand written or an automatically generated order + less comments inside the loop checking file to keep it clear + no more checking of the isCounterOrder() condition before to check the moduls of a connection (it seems to be an error but the boolean value returned is 0 even if the modul is integrated to an order) => must be fixed
