Modifications to run on titane (Xeon CCRT machine)

  • Added titane as target machine for NEMO compilation options
  • Added chmod when Bands file is get from archive directory
  • Replaced "compname" variable by explicit variable i.e lmdz, opa9, oasis in *.driver.
