Changed ${R_OUT} into ${ARCHIVE}/IGCM_OUT when it concerns a input variable(start.nc, startphy.nc, limit.nc, climoz_LMDZ.nc) in lmdz.card. This modification will be needed to run using rev 743 or later of trunk/libIGCM and option SpaceName?=TEST.
