See: http://cmip-pcmdi.llnl.gov/cmip5/docs/cmip5_data_reference_syntax.pdf 6 Output files are stored into : login/IGCM_OUT/IPSLCM5A /DEVT/historical/EXP00directory8 Output files are stored into : login/IGCM_OUT/IPSLCM5A-MR/PROD/historical/v5.historicalMR1 directory 7 9 8 10 config.card : set the name of the simulation used as restart. 9 11 12 22/07/2011 : Arnaud : Suite aux soucis dmnfs (moitie des lecteurs en panne) et donc le bloquage de ton job historiques sur les fichiers d'inputs migres climoz et aersosols, j'ai 13 rapatrie depuis l'IDRIS ces fichiers historiques sur le scratch de p86ipsl. 14 J'ai modifie le lmdz.card pour qu'il prenne les fichiers sur le scratch et j'ai sauve ton ancien rep COMP en COMP_backup_22012011. 15 La copie depuis l'IDRIS sur le CCRT des fichiers s'est faite en lancant le script qui est la : 16 /scratch/cont003/p86ipsl/IGCM_DEPANNAGE/synchro_mercure_to_gaya_depannage 17 Les fichiers sont alors copies la : 18 /scratch/cont003/p86ipsl/IGCM_DEPANNAGE/BC/ATM/IPSLCM5A-MR/LMD144142/AR5/HISTORIQUE 19 Par rapport, au script original synchro_mercure_to_gaya, j'ai juste modifie la commande pour qu'il copie en dur les 20 fichiers et qu'il ne conserve pas les links (option -L --copy-links). 10 21 22 error pour 19850930.
