Set initial restart files for IPSLCM configuration. 3 different restart are available,
previously stored in IGCM/RESTART, with NEMO files rebuilded.
CM61-pre-pi-01 1849-12-31 for all piControl configuration
CM6015S-pd-03 27991231 for all pdControl configuration
CM61-LR-pi-03 1869-12-31 for all historical configuration (to be installed later)
