Switch on/off stomate component in coupled and LMDZOR configuration

Description

Add the possibility to activate or desactivate easily stomate component in IPSLCM5_v2 coupled configuration and LMDZOR forced configuration.

This is possible in newer configuration such as IPSLCM5A, LMDZOR_v4 and all configurations in v5 family. See Modipsl_execFAQ

We could create an experience in v5 family using LMDZ-sechiba only. Is this wanted ? /Josefine
