Add all files required by ORCA1.

Add in shared files directory all files required by ORCA1 ie :

• IGCM for initial state files and boundary condition files : INIT and BC. Use STORAGE and add links.
• database/climato, database/grids, database/extras

For IGCM use synchro tools to synchronize TGCC and IDRIS.

For database add manually files at TGCC and at IDRIS.

May 2016 : files for ORCA1 know points to NEMO/ORCA1_LIM3_PISCES/v3.6_stable. This directory is maintained by Shaconemo (i.e. Christian Ethé)
