Description
Switch to netcdf parallel by default on ada for all configuration.
To finalize it :
- commit AA_make.gdef : util/AA_make.gdef (netcdf4par and rpath)
- mod.def to use appropriate LMDZ (http://web.lmd.jussieu.fr/trac/changeset/2063/LMDZ4/branches/LMDZ4_AR5 for IPSLCM5A already done, and trunk for IPSLCM5_v5) and prism/oasis [2258] release for IPSLCM5A, IPSLCM5_v5 and others
- libIGCM : redo http://forge.ipsl.jussieu.fr/libigcm/changeset/1005
