Need a registry dump tool

We at CNRM have a complicated workflow which

• backup incremental files from time to time during a simulation
• rename these backup files, in order hat there name matches their actual content

When needing to use the backup files to feed again the simulation, we use a table which keeps track of the renaming for inverting it. It sometimes happened that this table was corrupted for a few entries

If we could dump the xios registry file, for the filename date segments values, this would allow to alleviate the deadlock that we then encounter
