Put a tag libIGCM_v1_9 on trunk revision 368

  • new script AA_move-and-rename. It will move/rename a simulation and update dods server
  • bugfix in !TimeSeries_Checker when time series from a given file was set to OFF
  • avoid infinite loop due to interaction between local and global variable i (post processing submission for SX9 and titane were affected) when rebuilding files on the computing system
  • set the umask to 0022
