Review partly INSTALL.rst + implement 2 features for the future

• Add htmllive target to Makefile to rebuild and reload automatically the web page whom the source code has been modified (see ​sphinx-autobuild)
• Test the admonitions directives to introduce colored boxes (see ​http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/ref/rst/directives.html#admonitions)
