Made a new branch to store coupling, sea ice and land ice code for GC3.0. This contains all the code in:

fcm:NEMO.xm/branches/UKMO/dev_r5518_coupling_GSI7_GSI8_landice

that was merged into Richard Hill's branch:

fcm:NEMO.xm/branches/UKMO/dev_r5518_fix_global_ice

Richard then went on the apply a bit comparison fix which replaced the lines doing the local sums and using mpp_sum with single lines just using glob_sum.

The dev_r5518_fix_global_ice is then used in this branch. Therefore this branch starts off as a straight copy of dev_r5518_fix_global_ice.
