Description

Implementation of:

  • new 3D stoke drift computation (Breivik et al. 2014);
  • Wave Enanched vertical mixing, scheme independent (Qiao et al 2010);
  • New surface boundary condition for the vertical velocity.

Components missing:
1) Tracer advection due to the Stoke drift;
2) Coriolis and metric terms (ENE,ENS, MIX and EEN);
3) TKE modified to account for wave mising;
4) modification of the surface stress due to waves;
Point 2, must be coded in filtered and time-splitting scheme
Points 2 3 and 4 are already in the branch 2014/dev_r4642_WavesWG#1323
