Ticket #1473 improved the performance, simplification and orthogonality of the ice shelf code with the other parts of the code. However, some routines (related to ice shelf ONLY) need to be simplified (zgr_isf, hpg_isf, zpshde_isf ...) to improve performance with ln_isfcav = .true.

concerns: alls users with ln_isfcav = true in namelist_cfg
