Description
I am not sure of the consequences, but since wzv is called twice and the output for wn is done there, one attempts to write it twice.
Wouldn't it be better to move the write in diawri ?
The output for the sea level should also be done in diawri. It is done in sshwzv at a time when only a "guess" is known, the final one is available in dynspg_ts.
