Description
NEMO with ice shelf (nn_isf > 0) and key_vvl is not restartable and the top boundary layer thickness is set to the top wet cell thickness after the restart time step. The trunk is also affected by this bug.
The bug was corrected in the branch dev_r5151_UKMO_ISF during the clean up of sbcisf in April.
