Few bugs in Trusting process

No automatic conflict resolution when updating the working copy of NEMO => Add option '--accept=theirs-conflict' or '--accept=theirs-full' in the only case of updating to the head of the trunk

Simple gzip command not fitting all possibles cases when uncompressing forcing archive => Restore find command with exec option to descend in the directory hierarchy of the forcing folder

Thanks to Andrew installation try:

• Connection protocol for first checkout & repository address (svn+ssh|http)
• Adding another option ('--dev') to avoid optional operations (XIOS recompilation, forcing archive extraction, ...)
• Removing 'inputs' directory
• Testing mandatory variables
• Taking in account the context of repetitive tests in the same directory

In addition to this, a change in the restart inputs is hide because the stderr of the comparison by 'cdo diffn' is not use. And worst, the result of the trusting will be good.
