Description

Context

In order to test iceberg module within the next development, the iceberg module need to be updated into ORCA2.

Implementation

Implementation done in branches/dev_r7148_ORCA2_LIM3_icb
ORCA2_LIM3/EXP00/namelist_cfg is modified (icb bloc)
sette.sh is modified (copy restart for restartibility test)

ORCA2_LIM_nemo_v3.6.tar has been updated on the reference configuration server.

The calving file was built from the eORCA025 calving file based on Marsh et al. (2015). The eORCA025 calving rates are added into the closest wet ORCA2 cell.
