Context
The web server hosting the present website will be out of date and so without OS support in the next months. During 2016, we have build a mock-up website in order to:
- revise the global organisation of the NEMO environment, in particular the access to NEMO Forge (SVN+Trac) and the way of completing the list of publications.
- upgrade to the new web standards

Changes
The new website will be hosted in Mercator IT facilities and managed by WordPress. See hereafter the proposed plan, it will remain the public portal for the project and the consortium but will contain only general informations.
Legend: rectangular frames identified single web pages, green borderline for auto-generated pages from BibTeX file entries or the projects database
The present website abounds of content that needs a review and an update before the transfer to the new one.
The next sharing work plan is given for information and will be subject to changes.

Each NEMO Officer is make a survey in his institute on NEMO publications for the period 2009-2016 in order to append the existing bibliography from the present website (1990-2009).

Thanks for all who have been involved in this action, our website has now a much better appearance and content to make a positive impression for newcomers.
Some improvements on the users submitted content (bibliography and projects) are considered, likely to be done on 2018.

Remove 'Development' type
In next days I will have a meeting with Mathieu from Mercator IT department to set last details for the build of the new website.
Thereafter, I will send to the NEMO Officers the connection procedure to the production server to start the edition of the articles.
