Description
Some features are missing in the 3.6 stable and are needed for CMIP6 exercice :
- representation of ice shelf melting in coupled mode
- use of mocsy package to compute carbon chemistry in PISCES
- move hard-coded constants in namelist ( albedo parameters, snow conductivity ) to simplify adjustments and tuning ( without recompiling the code )
