iceprod_cea field doesn't exist in the LIM3 code.

Context

The field iceprod_cea defined in the field_def.xml file does not exist in the LIM 3.0 code.

Changes

It should be either removed in field_def.xml to avoid its use or defined in the limwri.F90 module.

It does still exist in LIM2, so we keep this field in version 3.6
