Description

Analysis

For developers :
In SETTE tests is missing a test to evaluate difference of restart ice files for Stand Alone Surface (SAS) module configuration.
SAS does not have solver nor tracer, just ice running.

FIX:

In sette report (sette_rpt.sh) script:
add rebuild restart_ice files for Stand Alone Surface (SAS) module configuration, in SETTE tests, and cmp binary difference.
More: some cdo -diffv is possible (but it has to be installed on machine)
