Description
Context
This modification includes one of the changes planned for wave coupling to be merged to the trunk in December 2017, the addition of the Breivik et al. (2015) formulation of Stokes drift profile. It will also include receiving the wind stress components from a wave model instead of simply receiving the wind stress fraction. Both modifications should be be working in both forced and coupled mode.
