Context
In order to test wave-current interaction developments, wave options will be added in reference ORCA2_ICE_PISCES configuration for testing purposes
Implementation plan
This action needs the addition of options in namelist and a new specific input dataset for wave. Furthermore also a bug-fix in sbcblk_algo_ncar.F90 is provided to correctly evaluate transfer coefficients when using a neutral surface drag coefficient.
For the testing implementation, a revision of sette is provided with a new flag to control the activation of the wave related options in namelist. The new input dataset for wave can be added to update the inputs tar file ORCA2_ICE_v4.0.tar
