p4zlim and p5zlim wrongly renamed

Description
When the repository has been reorganized, p4zlim and p5zlim (PISCES routines) have been wrongly renamed to p4zice and p5zice. Accordingly, namelists have been also changed. The original name of these subroutines should be restored.
