Description

Maybe sto_par_init could be split between namelist reading and stochastic parametrization initialization.

Context

sto_par_init code is quite long

Proposal

It would be easier to read if the namelist initialisation was separated from the rest allowing one to see at once if stochastic parameterization is actually used in NEMO.
