Context

MPP_PREP do not give the right answer since a while. 3 changes has been made:

  • Update to the DRAKKAR version from JMM ('13-03 (Molines JM), Nemo-like coding and license.'). Thank you JMM.
  • A correction of the index computation has been done to match NEMO_4.0_beta.
  • A python tools to explore the output processor.layout and suggest optimal decomposition (smallest ratio computed/global, smallest domain) has been added.

The compilation instructions, usage of mpp_optimiz_zoom_nc.exe and of the find_layout.py script has been updated in the README.rst.
