Description
Context
The ORCA2_ICE_PISCES restartability test of the SETTE test suite fails.
Analysis
The first model run of the ORCA2_ICE_PISCES restartability SETTE test fails during the icb_dyn subroutine call of time step 107 after having reported unrealistic sea-ice fractions. The restartability test passes for source:/NEMO/releases/release-4.0@10607, but fails when changeset [10612] has been applied.
Recommendation
The circumstances leading to the failure of runs with the model at revision 10612 in ORCA2_ICE_PISCES reference configuration as well as to the model crash mentioned in the commit message of changeset [10612] should be explored further.

solve at r10779 with a reduction of the time step to 5400s (instead of 5760) and an adjustment of nn_fsbc to 2 to match the 3-hourly forcing
