Description
Context
I am a starter with Nemo but are used to use paraview (OpenSource?) to postprocess large data sets in computational fluid dynamics. Is there a script or similar to prepare the output from nemo to be post processed using paraview?

The short answer is no but NEMO and XIOS produce multi-dimensional NetCDF files which (together with the static mesh information in the NetCDF domain configuration file) should contain everything Paraview needs. Looks like others have created suitable readers for Paraview; e,g.:

I'd suggest looking at the forums for a solution.
