Context

There appears to be insufficient or incorrect information in zoom domain files to rebuild whole datasets when the zoom region spans more than one XIOS server and is written to multiple files.

Analysis

See: wiki:Developers/RebuildZooms for a full explanation and suggested solution. This issue, however, straddles the responsibilities of XIOS and NEMO so more elegant solutions may be possible. Ideas should added to this ticket for discussion.

Probably as more an XIOS issue than a NEMO one. It won't be fixed easily and should be avoidable by appropriate use of secondary XIOS servers.
