Description
Re-organisation of OFFLINE component to be closest as possible of the ONLINE :
- move modules phycst.F90 and daymod.F90 in sub-directory DOM
- copy of domngb.F90 module
- update IOM interface
- update main modules opa.F90 and step.F90 to take into account new calendar
