Description
Part of the 2010 merge process. This branch brings together the
NOCS (DEV_r1924_nocs_latphys) branch, the UKMO (devukmo2010) branch and the Mercator (devmercator2010) branch.

Note: main difference is the set up of the number of processors now done by cpp keys:
-Dkey_nproci=2 Dkey_nprocj=2 for instance

Note2: due the above modification, we have to desactivate the keyverif rue in WORK/makefile (in fait_AA_make to do it in a clean way
