Description
Current computation of zub/zvb is now wrong in dynspg_ts since fse3u_b and fse3v_b have been revisited, so we save before averaged barotropic velocity to compute the new trend. We also add a stop in case of time-splitting and vvl used with flux formulae on momentum advection.
