Description
In preparation for the merge of the OBC and BDY open boundary modules, the BDY module has been rewritten to make it easier to incorporate new open boundary algorithms and to use the fldread.F90 module for the input of external boundary data. It is planned to complete the merge of OBC and BDY next year.
