Guidelines for modifying a ticket:

  • Don't change a ticket field without leaving a comment.
  • Only updater, owner, reporter, CC'ers (username or email) and '[nemo_ticket]' mailing list will be notified of the change, except in case of resolution or reopening.
  • Don't close or reopen a ticket without a reason.
