Guidelines for new ticket:

• No support questions here.
• Check whether a similar issue has already been reported.
• Mandatory ticket fields: 'Summary', 'Description', 'Type', 'Version', 'Priority' & 'Component'. 'Keywords' field is highly recommend for further querying with Tags engine, an drop down list will help you to complete it.
• If you attach a image (.png, .gif or .jpg), please use the Trac macro [[Image(name, ...)]] in order to display it in the discussion thread. See WikiMacros for more information on the rendering options.
• Ticket notification: set your email in your Trac profile (see 'Preferences'), notify external users by adding their email (later obfuscated).
