Bug in the variables send to littercalc in stomate

Description

There is a problem in the variables sended to littercalc in stomate. Littercalc received soil temperature instead of surface temperature and relative humidity stempdiag instead of soil temperature. Therefore littercalc estimated the effect of temperature on soil decomposition using a scalar (relative humidity) instead of a temperature value in K.

Therefore in stomate.f90

instead of

    CALL littercalc (kjpindex, dtradia/one_day, &
         turnover_littercalc, bm_to_littercalc, &
         veget_cov_max, temp_sol, stempdiag, shumdiag, litterhumdiag, &
         litterpart, litter, dead_leaves, lignin_struc, &
         deadleaf_cover, resp_hetero_litter, &
         soilcarbon_input_inst, control_temp_inst, control_moist_inst, &
         matrixA, vectorB)

We must have

    CALL littercalc (kjpindex, dtradia/one_day, &
         turnover_littercalc, bm_to_littercalc, &
         veget_cov_max, t2m, temp_sol, shumdiag, litterhumdiag, &
         litterpart, litter, dead_leaves, lignin_struc, &
         deadleaf_cover, resp_hetero_litter, &
         soilcarbon_input_inst, control_temp_inst, control_moist_inst, &
         matrixA, vectorB)

Actually, it was just a mistake in the comments of temp_sol and stempdiag in stomate.f90
