Surface radiative temperature

The surface radiative temperature has been incorrectly changed in the model.

It is important to understand that the implicit surface energy balance only provides an emitted long-wave radiation. From this we compute a corresponding surface radiative temperature by inverting the Stefan-Boltzmann relation.

The implicit solution of the energy balance computes an emitted long-wave flux which is a limited Taylor expansion of the future surface temperature around the current values. Thus the long-wave flux does not correspond to the new surface temperature but some intermediate value. So we need to deduce the radiative surface temperature to which this flux corresponds.

Corrected with revision 2183 :

The surface radiative temperature is now again corectly computed. The comment

was updated so that a nybody wanting to change this again can educate
himself before.
