valpha in enerbil

Description

As far As I can see, valpha which appears as a multiplying factor for qsol_sat in enerbil
is always set to 1

in diffuco one can read:
ATTENTION ::valpha [DISPOSABLE] is not used anymore ! Its value is always 1.

Why don't remove it?

I confirm that valpha=1 is always true. It is set in diffuco_comp and never changed: 

    !! 1. valpha must always be 1
    valpha(:) = un

And then used in equations in enerbil. valpha can be removed without any changes in results.
