Implementing the soil thermal properties in TRUNK

The new soil thermal properties is going to implement in TRUNK.
In the old method, the soil thermal property (heat capacity and thermal conductivity) does not change with soil textures. The new soil thermal property varies with soil textures.

Main changes in the code:
(1) In hydrol, three new variables (mc_layh, mcl_layh, tmc_layh) are calculated. They are used in thermosoil to calculate soil thermal properties.

(2) In thermosoil,
--- four new variables are (mc_layt, mcl_layt, tmc_layt, njsc) added. mc_layh and mcl_layh are interpolated from nodes to layer interface in thermosoil_humlev using the variables mc_layh, mcl_layh.
--- The thermal property calculation is revised in all of thermosoil_getdiff, thermosoil_getdiff_old_thermix_with_snow, and thermosoil_getdiff_old_thermix_without_snow.
--- A new subroutine is added (thermosoil_cond), it is used to calculate the thermal conductivity.
--- A new getin variable was added (thermosoil_initialize): 'brk_flag'. It is a flag to consider bedrock at the bottom when calculating thermal properties:; 1. yes. Default value is 0 (without bedrock)

(3) In sechiba, three new variables (mc_layh, mcl_layh, tmc_layh) are added.

(4) In constantes_soil_var, nine parameters (water_capa, brk_capa, brk_cond, SMCMAX_fao, QZ_fao, so_capa_dry_ns_fao, SMCMAX_usda, QZ_usda, so_capa_dry_ns_usda) are added.

The main work is commit in rev [2922].

Still to be done (Fuxing and Josefine):

  • Adapt the subroutine thermosoil_cond to work on vector of land points instead of just one point
  • Revise if needed MAX(..., min_sechiba) currently done in calculation of mc_layt, mcl_layt and tmc_layt
