Need for a unique reference land-sea mask at a given spatial resolution

There is no common land-sea mask for all gridded inputs (including meteorological files, PFT maps, maps for routing, ...).
This generates possible glitchy behaviours of orchidee: frac_nobio pixels on continent borders (mismatch PFTmaps versus meteorological files), weird basins (mismatch routing maps versus meteorological files).
A related problem is also having ocean in the middle of Australia when using LMDZ at a high spatial resolution (when relief is zero).
