Description
vbeta3pot is used for the irrigation. Based on diffuco_trans routine, it seems that it corresponds to a vbeta3 value when there is no water stress. In diffuco_trans_co2, the computation of vbeta3pot does account for water stress as it is embedded into rstruct+rveget (=1/gs). This is probably not correct. No clear solution to fix this.
