Adapt orchidee to ioipsl restart for native 3, 4 and 5 dimensions

Description

Orchidee requires some additions to make use of this new IOIPSL features (​https://forge.ipsl.jussieu.fr/igcmg/ticket/110):

It allows to read/write restarts files for 3, 4 and 5 dimensions natively.

  1. Possibly expand to 5th dim for scatter/gather: [3927/branches/ORCHIDEE-MICT]
  2. ioiosl_para.f90: [3990/branches/ORCHIDEE-MICT]
  3. Adapt Orchidee calls: [3996,4032/branches/ORCHIDEE-MICT]

Done in rev [6190] see ticket #596 for more information.

In order to complete this ticket it requires to:

  • modify IOIPSL to natively support more dimensions (restcom.f90)
  • adapt the orchidee interfaces (ioipsl_para.f90) towards ioipsl
  • adapt the orchidee source code with the latest improvements done in the previous point
