Description
The routine slowproc_soilt in slowproc.f90 should be merged with the latest version of the trunk.

When syncing ORCHIDEE-CN-CAN to trunk version 3831 on 14/4/17 (rev 4250), it was decided to skip merging this particular subroutine, since the ORCHIDEE-CN-CAN version does the interpolations for several parameters that the trunk does not (bulk density, soil pH, & silt fraction). We need to decide what we want to do with these variables before merging. The trunk version is less cumbersome since it makes use of interpweight.f90 (added in r3831). However, if we want to keep the variables siltfraction, bulk, & soil_ph in our version, their values should probably also be interpolated using interpweight instead of aggregate_p.
